Spaniens Regierung setzt auf Annäherung an Kuba
EU-Präsidentschaft bleibt jedoch bei Ziel des Wandels in HavannaDie spanische EU-Ratspräsidentschaft sucht den Dialog mit Kuba. Widerstand gegen diese Linie kommt vor allem aus Brüssel selbst. Die Ziele der EU allerdings bleiben unverändert.
